That’s when I decided to take an engineer’s approach to problem-solving, applying data-driven analysis and systematic experimentation to health. I started tracking my glucose, experimenting with food, optimizing sleep, stress, and activity—all to uncover what truly impacts metabolic health. The journey wasn’t easy, but it led me to breakthrough insights that changed my life.

Through thousands of hours of self-experimentation, research, and real-time data tracking, I’ve learned that health is about much more than just diet or exercise. Metabolism is a complex system influenced by hormones, stress, sleep, movement, and food choices.
