What is the InsulinJourney Method?
The InsulinJourney Method is a personalized system for restoring metabolic health, grounded in diagnostics, real-world data, and teamwork with health experts. There is no fixed duration – the support and transformation process is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
This method was developed together with experienced medical doctors and metabolic health professionals. As part of the program, you’ll receive multiple consultations with physicians and learn how to use a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) to understand your body and respond accordingly.
I’ve personally been through this journey – I lost 15 kg / 33 pounds, restored my energy, and restructured everything: my diet, sleep, and lifestyle. Many of our participants have lost up to 25 kg / 55 pounds – not through short-term diets, but by building a sustainable lifestyle system. I’ll be there as your mentor to support you through every step of the change.
